Social capital and knowledge sharing in the public sector

This research proposes and validates a model hypothesizing the relationships between social capital knowledge sharing in public sector. We employed survey design using questionnaire to collect data utilizing convenient sampling method. The study gathered 389 questionnaires from civil servants officials working departments agencies sector Tien Giang province. hypotheses were developed validated structural modeling (SEM) approach. results show that all hypothesized confirmed except link tacit sharing. Our can be considered pioneering investigate influence of on both explicit work also enriches growing body regarding offers suggestions leaders concerning relevant measures policies enable employees share by promoting capital.
